V II grp 20 Magic of Shiel

Magic of Shiel is a workmanlike grp Vertue that has very striking hull colours, which to my mind, are both practical and attractive.  Her fitting out down below looks to be pretty comprehensive.

Description

Magic of Shiel has the standard masthead sloop rig common to most Vertue II’s.  This is a simplified masthead bermudan sloop, on metal spars, with a furling working genoa jib, and neither inner forestay nor running backstays.  Some boats have made provision for an inner forestay upon which to set a hanked storm stays’l, but which is usually stowed alongside the lower shrouds.
