V 107 Punjaub (ex Fathom)

Jason Trethowan has now taken on the task of giving this lovely Vertue a long overdue deep refit in Melbourne.  We wish him the very best of luck with it.

Frank Holden has recently been in touch to say that he owned Punjaub in Port Phillip,  Victoria.  Whilst he sailed her locally he also cruised further afield along the southern Australian coast and across the Bass Srait to northern Tasmania.  He has sent some photos of those days, including the beautiful, new, title picture for Punjaub.

Description

Punjaub on her way for her first deep refit for many years.

Here is Punjaub many years ago in full cruising trim.

It may be that Punjaub is an ‘ocean’ Vertue with three instead of the usual four portlights in her raised coachroof aft.
